Branding Project
Bitukar

Bitukar is a company that aims to provide properties with high return on investment value. These properties are developed with a higher purpose in mind, focusing on adding soul and life to buildings for people who care about the world around them. At Bitukar, we believe that our properties should be a place of peace and wholeness for the people who live there, and we strive to create buildings that resonate with the earth and provide a sense of humbleness and energy. With these properties, people no longer feel the need to escape to the outside world to find peace — they can find it at home. Despite the focus on creating properties with a higher purpose, Bitukar remains commercially viable and sustainable.
Brand Core: “Design & develop with sensibility, to produce sustainable & commercially viable products.”
The Story
The shape of the logo is based on the idea of an entrance door, representing the feeling of safety and security that is essential in a home. The red dot in the center represents the homeowner, and the four lines that extend out from the dot represent the four natural elements of fire, water, earth, and air. These lines symbolize the commitment to creating buildings that are in harmony with the natural world.
Bitukar specializes in architecture, and the name itself is derived from the Burmese word for architecture. The overall design philosophy is based on creating buildings that are sensitive to the needs of their inhabitants, designed to provide a sense of delight.

Brand in Use
“We are very satisfied with the outcome we received. The final branding turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Mike understood the intricate details of the brief, the brand direction, and the strategy given to him. Not only did he understand, he also patiently guided us through his own creative translation of our brand and our strategic business intent — exploring concepts and bringing those ideas to life to achieve original and iconic branding. We appreciate the heart and soul put into the brand.” — Alex Sitt Aung, Managing Director
